The house was designed fulfilling a list of firm restrictions from the local planning department; i.e. slope of roof structures being angled between 20-50 degrees, house footprint beeing less than 25% of property area, no second floor plan etc. The restrictions are met with the client's wishes for certain spaces, sizes, views etc.
